How and why we use it
We use information to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, arrange and support journeys, manage our relationship with you, operate and secure our services, meet legal obligations, and improve our website and service. Our legal bases include taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing a contract, complying with legal duties, our legitimate interests in running and protecting the business, and consent where the law requires it.
Who we share it with
We may share relevant information with aircraft operators, airports, handlers and other travel suppliers needed for your itinerary; our customer relationship, hosting, IT, pricing and communications providers; professional advisers; and public authorities where required. Optional maps and live chat connect to their providers only after the relevant cookie choice. We do not sell personal information.
International transfers
Private aviation is international, so a journey may require information to be processed outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data protection law requires safeguards for a transfer, we use an applicable adequacy decision, contractual safeguards or another lawful mechanism.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including providing the requested service, maintaining appropriate business records, resolving queries, and meeting legal, accounting or reporting requirements. Retention depends on the information and the context in which it was supplied.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to, correction or deletion of your information; object to or restrict its use; request a portable copy; or withdraw consent. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissionerโs Office. Contact us using the details above to exercise a right. We may need to confirm your identity before responding.
Security
We use organisational and technical measures intended to protect personal information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please avoid sending sensitive information unless it is requested through an appropriate channel.

Our cookie information page explains the browser storage and optional services used by this website and lets you change your choices. Links to other websites are governed by their own privacy information.
