Cookies & your choices
We use browser storage to remember your choices and, if you allow it, provide interactive maps and live chat. You can browse our services, read stories and contact the team without accepting optional cookies.
What we use
| Purpose | What it does | Your choice |
|---|---|---|
| Essential storage | Our oxygen_consent cookie remembers your decision for 180 days. Manager login sessions and editor session storage support secure access and editing. | Always enabled |
| Interactive maps | Google Maps provides flight routes and destination maps. Enabling it connects your browser to Google, which receives technical information such as your IP address and may access browser storage. | Off until accepted |
| Live chat | CueDesk loads the chat widget and stores a persistent contact identifier to recognise conversations. Messages you choose to send are processed through this service. | Off until accepted |
| Language preference | oxygenLanguage in local storage remembers your selected language between visits. It remains until cleared or permission is withdrawn. You can still change language without saving it. | Off until accepted |
Change your mind at any time
Use โCookie settingsโ in the footer to accept, reject or change individual choices. Withdrawing map or chat permission reloads the page to stop those services. This prevents future loading; it does not undo information already sent. You can remove existing third-party cookies and storage using your browser settings.
Third-party services
Read the Google Privacy Policy, Google Maps terms and CueDesk Privacy Policy for their handling of data, storage and retention. Public destination photographs and language flags can load from external image providers, which receive the technical details needed to serve those images.
Public route price guides
Successful airport-to-airport planner price checks may update a public route guide. We save the airport pair, aircraft category, currency, guide price and date checked. These records do not contain your name, contact details, IP address, travel dates or enquiry message. Prices are removed from public display after 90 days without a fresh check.
